Africa-Press – Senegal. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et des postes (ARTP) et l\u2019Agence nationale de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire (ANAT) ont sign\u00e9, mercredi, une convention visant \u00e0 garantir aux populations un meilleur acc\u00e8s aux t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et \u00e0 pallier les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par les op\u00e9rateurs, a constat\u00e9 l\u2019APS.<\/p>\n

\u2019\u2019La mise en place d\u2019un accord de partenariat entre l\u2019ARTP et l\u2019ANAT s\u2019explique par leur volont\u00e9 de garantir aux S\u00e9n\u00e9galais un meilleur acc\u00e8s aux t\u00e9l\u00e9communications en palliant les difficult\u00e9s que rencontrent les op\u00e9rateurs pour une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de service\u2019\u2019, lit-on dans un document remis \u00e0 la presse, lors de la signature de cette convention.<\/p>\n

Selon le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019ARTP, Abdoul Ly, cette convention avec l\u2019ANAT marque l\u2019aboutissement d\u2019un processus initi\u00e9 par les deux parties, en vue de mettre en \u0153uvre les orientations donn\u00e9es par l\u2019Etat en mati\u00e8re d\u2019am\u00e9nagement num\u00e9rique du territoire.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Notre objectif est de conjuguer nos efforts afin de permettre aux populations, partout o\u00f9 elles se trouvent, de disposer d\u2019un acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable aux services de communication \u00e9lectronique de qualit\u00e9\u2019\u2019, a-t-il fait valoir.<\/p>\n

Il souligne que cette coop\u00e9ration entre les deux structures s\u2019\u00e9tablira dans les domaines de la fourniture des donn\u00e9es cartographiques, de la formation et la mise en coh\u00e9rence des interventions des acteurs sur le terrain, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter des probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 de service.<\/p>\n

Cette coop\u00e9ration permettra d\u2019assister les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales, notamment sur les questions li\u00e9es au d\u00e9ploiement des r\u00e9seaux et la contribution aux travaux et r\u00e9flexions en mati\u00e8re d\u2019am\u00e9nagement num\u00e9rique du territoire.<\/p>\n

\u2019\u2019Cette signature entre dans le cadre de la mat\u00e9rialisation de la vision du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, qui a initi\u00e9 le plan national d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire ayant pour objectif de bien structurer l\u2019espace\u2019\u2019, a, pour sa part, indiqu\u00e9, le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019ANAT, Mamadou Djigo.<\/p>\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s lui, il s\u2019agit de valoriser l\u2019ensemble des ressources territoriales en suivant les dynamiques d\u00e9mographiques qui entrainent celles de l\u2019espace.<\/p>\n
