{"id":14463,"date":"2021-11-15T16:36:47","date_gmt":"2021-11-15T16:36:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/senegal\/?p=14463"},"modified":"2021-11-15T13:11:54","modified_gmt":"2021-11-15T13:11:54","slug":"faux-et-usage-de-faux-un-ancien-officier-detat-civil-investi-par-benno-arrete","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/senegal\/parties\/faux-et-usage-de-faux-un-ancien-officier-detat-civil-investi-par-benno-arrete","title":{"rendered":"Faux et usage de faux : Un ancien officier d\u2019\u00c9tat civil investi par BENNO arr\u00eat\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Senegal. <\/strong><\/span>Modou S., responsable d\u00e9partemental de l\u2019Union pour le renouveau d\u00e9mocratique (URD) \u00e0 Pikine, est plac\u00e9 en garde \u00e0 vue, depuis vendredi dernier, au commissariat de l\u2019arrondissement de Guinaw-Rails.<\/p>\n<p>Il \u00e9tablissait des faux actes de naissance, dont celui d\u2019une candidate au CFEE, sous un num\u00e9ro attribu\u00e9 en 2004.<\/p>\n<p>La supercherie du pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 faussaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverte sept (7) ans apr\u00e8s, lorsque l\u2019\u00e9coli\u00e8re pr\u00e9pare son baccalaur\u00e9at.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, Moussa S., conducteur d\u2019engin, avait pris l\u2019attache de l\u2019officier d\u2019\u00e9tat civil dans le but de se procurer trois actes de naissance pour le compte de ses trois enfants, dont sa fille nomm\u00e9e Penda S.<\/p>\n<p>Celle-ci \u00e9tait alors en classe de Cm2 et devait effectuer le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de son dossier de candidature au Certificat de fin d\u2019\u00e9tudes \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires (CFEE) \u00e0 l\u2019Inspection d\u2019Acad\u00e9mie locale, via leur \u00e9tablissement scolaire.<\/p>\n<p>Des documents administratifs que l\u2019officier d&rsquo;\u00c9tat civil d\u2019alors a r\u00e9ussi en un laps de temps \u00e0 confectionner puis d\u00e9livrer au sieur Moussa sous le num\u00e9ro 095.<\/p>\n<p>Mais, au courant de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020, la fille Penda pr\u00e9pare son baccalaur\u00e9at (Bac) et se doit de disposer d\u2019un autre acte de naissance.<\/p>\n<p>Elle en parle ainsi \u00e0 sa m\u00e8re qui d\u00e9barque \u00e0 la mairie o\u00f9 son papa s\u2019\u00e9tait rendu, en son temps, quand il s\u2019est agi de lui trouver le s\u00e9same pour l\u2019examen du CFEE.<\/p>\n<p>Le mis en cause, qui occupait le poste d\u2019officier d\u2019\u00c9tat civil de l\u2019institution municipale de la localit\u00e9, figure sur les listes d\u2019investiture de Benno Bokk Yaakar \u00e0 la ville de Pikine et sur la majoritaire de Guinaw-Rails Sud.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s le quotidien Les \u00c9chos qui vend la m\u00e8che dans sa parution de ce lundi, il devrait \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, aujourd\u2019hui, devant le procureur de Pikine\/Gu\u00e9diawaye.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour plus d&rsquo;informations et d&rsquo;analyses sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/senegal\">Senegal<\/a>, suivez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Senegal.
