Ainsi, l\u2019ancien commissaire rappelle \u00e0 Ousmane SONKO que \u00ab Ziguinchor ne saurait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme une arme de bataille contre l\u2019Etat central\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab (\u2026) Envisa\u00adgeant la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une monnaie compl\u00e9mentaire, Ous\u00admane SONKO fait preuve d\u2019ignorance totale des contraintes de comp\u00e9tences et d\u2019encadrement financier des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales. La collectivit\u00e9 territoriale n\u2019est pas une association, mais un d\u00e9membrement de l\u2019Etat, assujetti \u00e0 l\u2019unicit\u00e9 de caisse qui lui impose une seule banque : le tr\u00e9sor public\u00bb, d\u00e9clare-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>Poursuivant, Abdoulaye BALD\u00c9 s\u2019en prend au mode de financement du programme du candidat de Yewwi Akan Wi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abIl veut faire des Ziguinchorois, des actionnaires de la commune.
