{"id":20274,"date":"2022-02-05T23:38:35","date_gmt":"2022-02-05T23:38:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/senegal\/politique\/le-tas-annule-la-suspension-dun-an-dissa-hayatou-communique"},"modified":"2022-02-06T00:27:01","modified_gmt":"2022-02-06T00:27:01","slug":"le-tas-annule-la-suspension-dun-an-dissa-hayatou-communique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/senegal\/sports\/le-tas-annule-la-suspension-dun-an-dissa-hayatou-communique","title":{"rendered":"Le TAS annule la suspension d\u2019un an d\u2019Issa Hayatou (communiqu\u00e9)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Senegal. <\/strong><\/span>Le Tribunal arbitral du sport (TAS) a annonc\u00e9 vendredi, dans un communiqu\u00e9, l\u2019annulation de la suspension d\u2019un an de toute activit\u00e9 li\u00e9e au football prononc\u00e9e en juin, 2021 par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale (FIFA) contre Issa Hayatou, ancien pr\u00e9sident de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration africaine (CAF).<\/p>\n<p>Le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9thique de la FIFA avait jug\u00e9 Issa Hayatou \u2018\u2019coupable d\u2019avoir enfreint son devoir de loyaut\u00e9, dans le cadre d\u2019un contrat d\u2019un milliard de dollars sign\u00e9 en septembre 2016 par la CAF avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise Lagard\u00e8re Sports\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>La justice du football mondial l\u2019avait alors suspendu pour un an et lui avait inflig\u00e9 30.000 francs suisses d\u2019amende.<\/p>\n<p>Le 24 ao\u00fbt 2021, l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident de la CAF avait contre-attaqu\u00e9 par un recours au Tribunal arbitral du Sport (TAS).<\/p>\n<p>Le TAS dans son jugement indique que \u2018\u2019la d\u00e9cision de la chambre de jugement de la commission d\u2019\u00e9thique de la FIFA du 17 juin 2021 est annul\u00e9e\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Il ajoute que \u2018\u2019la FIFA renonce \u00e0 ses frais et verse \u00e0 M.
