Thiar\u00e9 pr\u00e9sidait mercredi la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture d\u2019un atelier d\u2019\u00e9change entre les \u00e9tudiants et la repr\u00e9sentante-r\u00e9sidente de l\u2019UEMOA au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, Aissa Kabo.<\/p>\n<p>Le recteur de l\u2019UCAD a promis de poursuivre les discussions avec les responsables de l\u2019UEMOA, pour en savoir davantage sur les modalit\u00e9s requises pour int\u00e9grer ces centres d\u2019excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Selon lui, cet atelier d\u2019\u00e9change devrait permettre aux \u00e9tudiants de s\u2019impr\u00e9gner du processus d\u2019int\u00e9gration en cours au sein de l\u2019UEMOA et dans la zone de libre-\u00e9change continentale africaine (ZLECAF).<\/p>\n<p>La repr\u00e9sentante-r\u00e9sidente de l\u2019UEMOA a remerci\u00e9 les autorit\u00e9s universitaires pour l\u2019organisation de cet atelier caract\u00e9ris\u00e9, dit-elle, par une participation massive des \u00e9tudiants et du corps enseignant.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le programme de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur de l\u2019UEMOA date de 2010 et encourage la formation \u00e0 ce niveau avec un appui sous certaines conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons financ\u00e9 des appuis institutionnels et des bourses d\u2019excellence, et nous en avons six centres\u00a0\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 Mme Kabo.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re phase de ce programme est en phase d\u2019\u00e9valuation, une r\u00e9flexion \u00e9tant en cours pour la deuxi\u00e8me, a signal\u00e9 la repr\u00e9sentante-r\u00e9sidente de l\u2019UEMOA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour plus d&rsquo;informations et d&rsquo;analyses sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/senegal\">Senegal<\/a>, suivez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Senegal.
