{"id":22785,"date":"2022-03-21T21:18:12","date_gmt":"2022-03-21T21:18:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/senegal\/politique\/information-sur-les-services-financiers-les-appels-via-le-numero-vert-de-loqsf-en-nette-augmentation"},"modified":"2022-03-21T22:21:44","modified_gmt":"2022-03-21T22:21:44","slug":"information-sur-les-services-financiers-les-appels-via-le-numero-vert-de-loqsf-en-nette-augmentation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/senegal\/economie\/information-sur-les-services-financiers-les-appels-via-le-numero-vert-de-loqsf-en-nette-augmentation","title":{"rendered":"Information sur les services financiers\u00a0: les appels via le num\u00e9ro vert de l\u2019OQSF en \u2018\u2019nette augmentation\u2019\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Senegal. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019Observatoire de la qualit\u00e9 des services financiers (OQSF) a fait \u00e9tat d\u2019une \u2018\u2019nette progression\u2019\u2019 des appels des usagers s\u2019informant des services financiers, via son num\u00e9ro vert, de 513 appels en 2020 \u00e0 661 en 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son dernier rapport d\u2019activit\u00e9 portant sur l\u2019exercice 2021, l\u2019OQSF note que, dans l\u2019exercice de sa mission d\u2019information du public sur les services financiers in situ et \u00e0 travers son num\u00e9ro vert, \u2018\u2019le nombre d\u2019appels, de la part des usagers, a connu une nette progression en s\u2019\u00e9tablissant \u00e0 661, contre 513 pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019agissant des consultations sur le portail web de l\u2019OQSF, elles \u2018\u2019s\u2019\u00e9tablissent \u00e0 1.776 visites et 7.329 pages consult\u00e9es par les usagers et clients\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport pr\u00e9cise que les requ\u00eates de la client\u00e8le sur le portail de l\u2019OQSF suivant les modules portent principalement sur la m\u00e9diation des assurances (1.207), la m\u00e9diation des banques (1.053), les \u00e9tablissements de cr\u00e9dit (1.038), les syst\u00e8mes financiers d\u00e9centralis\u00e9s (867), le comparateur des conditions de banque (850), les assurances (848), la cartographie des op\u00e9rateurs financiers (491) et, dans une moindre mesure, sur les \u00e9metteurs de monnaie \u00e9lectronique (256) et les march\u00e9s financiers (241).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OQSF juge par ailleurs \u2018\u2019n\u00e9cessaire de lancer une campagne de collecte des donn\u00e9es des conditions de banque sous le mod\u00e8le harmonis\u00e9, afin de mettre \u00e0 jour la base de donn\u00e9es des tarifs pour 2022, de m\u00eame que les points de services financiers\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport d\u2019activit\u00e9 annonce que \u2018\u2019l\u2019option d\u2019un simulateur de cr\u00e9dit sera \u00e9tudi\u00e9e ult\u00e9rieurement\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Afin de renforcer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de son dispositif de m\u00e9diation financi\u00e8re, l\u2019OQSF a poursuivi au cours de l\u2019exercice 2021 ses travaux de d\u00e9ploiement de la plateforme digitalis\u00e9e de gestion des plaintes et r\u00e9clamations des usagers des services financiers \u2018SATIS\u2019\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute le document.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019OQSF, cette \u2018\u2019solution innovante\u2019\u2019 a pour objectif de mettre au point un processus et des proc\u00e9dures de gestion des plaintes des consommateurs, sous forme d\u2019une plateforme digitalis\u00e9e visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du service client.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019Au courant de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021, signale-t-il, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu disponible une version achev\u00e9e prenant en compte les attentes et les exigences minimales pour le lancement et l\u2019exploitation du module web et mobile de la plateforme SATIS\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019En perspective, des s\u00e9ances de formation compl\u00e9mentaires sur cette nouvelle version de SATIS OQSF seront programm\u00e9es au courant du premier trimestre 2022, avec des repr\u00e9sentants des associations de consommateurs, avant une large vulgarisation aupr\u00e8s du grand public\u2019\u2019, renseigne cet organe public.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OQSF, cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2009, est charg\u00e9 du suivi de la qualit\u00e9 des services financiers offerts aux usagers et clients, et de la promotion de l\u2019inclusion financi\u00e8re des populations.<\/p>\n<p>La vulgarisation de l\u2019\u00e9ducation financi\u00e8re de masse, ainsi que la protection des clients et usagers \u00e0 travers le dispositif de m\u00e9diation financi\u00e8re, font \u00e9galement partie de ses missions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour plus d&rsquo;informations et d&rsquo;analyses sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/senegal\">Senegal<\/a>, suivez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Senegal.
