{"id":23563,"date":"2022-03-29T22:08:08","date_gmt":"2022-03-29T22:08:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/senegal\/politique\/tambacounda-les-juges-de-la-cour-dappel-officiellement-installes"},"modified":"2022-03-29T22:50:52","modified_gmt":"2022-03-29T22:50:52","slug":"tambacounda-les-juges-de-la-cour-dappel-officiellement-installes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/senegal\/toutes-les-actualites\/tambacounda-les-juges-de-la-cour-dappel-officiellement-installes","title":{"rendered":"Tambacounda\u00a0: les juges de la Cour d\u2019appel officiellement install\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Senegal. <\/strong><\/span>Les magistrats si\u00e9geant \u00e0 la Cour d\u2019appel de Tambacounda (Est) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement install\u00e9s mercredi au cours d\u2019une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Garde des Sceaux, a constat\u00e9 l\u2019APS.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier pr\u00e9sident de la juridiction, les pr\u00e9sidents de Chambres, conseillers, magistrats du parquet et le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ont notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s lors de cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie organis\u00e9e dans l\u2019enceinte du tribunal inaugur\u00e9 en janvier.<\/p>\n<p>\u2019\u2019Cette nouvelle cour d\u2019appel nous permettra de faire en sorte que les affaires judiciaires puissent \u00eatre purg\u00e9es rapidement\u2019\u2019, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour d\u2019appel de Tambacounda, Djiby Ba.<\/p>\n<p>Il a dans le m\u00eame temps fait savoir que la Cour d\u2019appel de Tambcounda, qui traite \u00e9galement les dossiers judicaires du tribunal de K\u00e9dougou, est \u2019\u2019une solution pour lutter contre les longues d\u00e9tentions\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u2019\u2019Nous allons nous atteler pour lutter de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale contre les longues d\u00e9tentions et liquider les dossiers d\u2019appel en instance\u2019\u2019, a promis le magistrat.<\/p>\n<p>Le magistrat Waly Faye a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 premier pr\u00e9sident de la Cour d\u2019appel et l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Union des magistrats s\u00e9n\u00e9galais (UMS), Souleymane T\u00e9liko est nomm\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident de Chambre.<\/p>\n<p>Proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 l\u2019installation des membres de la Cour d\u2019appel de Tambacounda, le ministre de la Justice, Me Malick Sall a rappel\u00e9 l\u2019engagement de son d\u00e9partement \u00e0 rendre effectif l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de la carte judiciaire avec la construction des \u00e9difices.<\/p>\n<p>\u2019\u2019La gouvernance judiciaire est essentielle pour garantir l\u2019Etat de droit.
