\u2019\u2019Le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Afrique ne se fera pas sans des infrastructures de base indispensables \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence. Nous l\u2019avons vu souvent, la diff\u00e9rence entre pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et pays en d\u00e9veloppement, c\u2019est l\u2019infrastructure\u2019\u2019,a-t-il dit.<\/p>\n

Macky Sall intervenait lors de la Conf\u00e9rence \u00e9conomique Dakar 2022 ax\u00e9e sur le th\u00e8me \u2019\u2019L\u2019Afrique partenaire leader\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2019\u2019Quand vous \u00eates dans un pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, ce qui vous marque \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e, ce sont les autoroutes, les ponts, les \u00e9changeurs, les trains\u2019\u2019, a t-il soulign\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u2019\u2019Dans les pays en d\u00e9veloppement, c\u2019est la route cahoteuse, les pistes. C\u2019est cela qu\u2019il faut d\u2019abord r\u00e9gler, en Afrique. La question des infrastructures. Il faut la r\u00e9gler sans complexe. C\u2019est ce que nous tentons de faire ici, au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal\u2019\u2019, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident Sall.<\/p>\n

La construction d\u2019infrastructures modernes de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration va attirer les investissements priv\u00e9s dans le transport , l\u2019\u00e9nergie ,etc, ; a t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Macky Sall a aussi invit\u00e9 les pays du continent \u00e0 s\u2019engager dans la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique au vu des potentialit\u00e9s du continent.<\/p>\n

Il a estim\u00e9 que l\u2019absence d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 dans certaines localit\u00e9s du continent est \u2019\u2019impertinente et illogique\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Abordant la question du financement des \u00e9conomies africaines, Macky Sall rel\u00e8ve que \u2019\u2019le vrai enjeu\u2019\u2019 n\u2019est \u2019\u2019plus de dire comment augmenter l\u2019aide publique au d\u00e9veloppement\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Selon lui, \u2019\u2019ce d\u00e9bat a quasiment disparu en Afrique. On ne parle plus d\u2019aide, parce qu\u2019on n\u2019y croit plus. De toute fa\u00e7on, on n\u2019y croit pas\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2019\u2019L\u2019aide ne peut d\u00e9velopper aucun pays. Il faut absolument que nous parlions de comment mettre en synergie nos actions pour que le financement de l\u2019\u00e9conomie africaine soit un financement juste qui profite et \u00e0 l\u2019Afrique et \u00e0 ses partenaires, y compris par des partenariats mutuellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques\u2019\u2019, a plaid\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident s\u00e9n\u00e9galais.<\/p>\n
