Africa-Press – Senegal. <\/strong><\/span>La saison sportive 2021-2022 a \u00e9t\u00e9 boucl\u00e9e ce lundi au Complexe Mohamed 5 de Casablanca (Maroc) par la pire des mani\u00e8res pour le football \u00e9gyptien, avec la d\u00e9faite (0-2) d\u2019Al Ahly du Caire face au Wydad, en finale de la Ligue africaine des champions.<\/p>\n

Les g\u00e9ants du Caire, \u00e9lus \u00ab\u00a0Club du Si\u00e8cle\u00a0\u00bb avec notamment dix titres de champions d\u2019Afrique, ont \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 accrocher une 11-\u00e8me \u00e9toile contre le Wydad Athletic de Casablanca (Maroc). Sous la direction de son jeune technicien, Walid Regragui, ancien international marocain, le WAC a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 remporter sa 3-\u00e8me \u00e9toile.<\/p>\n

Quelques mois auparavant, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le 6 f\u00e9vrier dernier, les Pharaons d\u2019Egypte, emmen\u00e9s par Mohamed Salah, \u00e9chouaient face aux Lions du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal en finale de la CAN 2021, apr\u00e8s avoir tour \u00e0 tour \u00e9limin\u00e9 les El\u00e9phants de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, les Lions de l\u2019Atlas du Maroc et les Lions Indomptables du Cameroun.<\/p>\n

Quelques semaines plus tard, face au m\u00eame adversaire, l\u2019Egypte a manqu\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de se qualifier pour Qatar 2022, le premier Mondial \u00e0 se tenir dans un pays arabe.<\/p>\n

En match retour comptant pour le dernier tour des qualifications, l\u2019Egypte a \u00e9t\u00e9 battu aux tirs au but par le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal (1-0, 3-1). Les Pharaons avaient pourtant pris une option \u00e0 l\u2019aller au Caire, 1-0. La plan\u00e8te football attendait pourtant le sacre de l\u2019ic\u00f4ne du football \u00e9gyptien, Mohamed Salah, qui \u00e9marge parmi les meilleurs footballeurs du monde.<\/p>\n

L\u2019attaquant \u00e9gyptien, s\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 sacr\u00e9 par les m\u00e9dias anglais meilleur footballeur de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022 en Angleterre, a finalement \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 remporter la Premier League et la Ligue des champions, Liverpool se faisant battre samedi dernier par le Real Madrid.<\/p>\n

M\u00eame le titre de meilleur buteur de Premier League, Salah l\u2019a partag\u00e9 avec le Sud-Cor\u00e9en Heung-min Son de Tottenham, auteur de 23 buts comme l\u2019Egyptien.<\/p>\n
