Africa-Press – Senegal. <\/strong><\/span>Plusieurs maires du d\u00e9partement de Foundiougne (ouest) ont plaid\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9rection de stades municipaux dans leurs collectivit\u00e9s, a appris l\u2019APS, mardi.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous profitons de cette tourn\u00e9e nationale du troph\u00e9e de la Coupe d\u2019Afrique des Nations, pour solliciter l\u2019\u00e9rection d\u2019un stade municipal \u00e0 Foundiougne, une vieille dol\u00e9ance des jeunes\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le maire de la commune de Foundiougne, Thi\u00e9mokho Ndiaye.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019exprimait lors du passage dans la commune de la caravane du troph\u00e9e de la CAN, en pr\u00e9sence du ministre du Sports, Matar B\u00e2, des autorit\u00e9s administratives et des personnalit\u00e9s du monde du football.<\/p>\n

M\u00eame son de cloche \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape de la caravane dans la commune de Mbam o\u00f9 le maire Ngor Dione a soutenu que l\u2019\u00e9rection d\u2019un stade municipal \u00ab\u00a0est plus qu\u2019une urgence pour les jeunes\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Notre commune manque d\u2019infrastructures sportives, nous voulons vraiment un stade municipal, digne de nom pour faciliter la pratique du sport des jeunes, car nous jouons dans des terrains vagues\u00a0\u00bb, a dit M. Dione.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s la commune de Mbam, la caravane, dans une liesse populaire, a poursuivi sa tourn\u00e9e de pr\u00e9sentation du troph\u00e9e de la CAN dans le d\u00e9partement de Foundiougne.<\/p>\n

Dans la commune de Sokone, c\u2019est une mar\u00e9e humaine qui a accueilli la caravane dans une grande liesse. \u00ab\u00a0Toute la population de Sokone est sortie aujourd\u2019hui pour accueillir et manifester sa joie\u2019\u2019, a salu\u00e9 le maire Abdou Latif Coulibaly.<\/p>\n

\u2019\u2019C\u2019est un honneur pour nous de recevoir la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du Trophy tour, mais nous profitons de l\u2019occasion pour rappeler que Sokone a besoin d\u2019infrastructures sportives\u2019\u2019, a lanc\u00e9 M. Coulibaly \u00e0 l\u2019endroit de son coll\u00e8gue des Sports, Matar B\u00e2.<\/p>\n

Le ministre a promis de prendre en compte les dol\u00e9ances formul\u00e9es par les maires de Foundiougne. \u00ab\u00a0Nous tenons \u00e0 rassurer toutes les populations du d\u00e9partement Foundiougne. Bient\u00f4t, vous aurez vos stades municipaux, que \u00e7a soit \u00e0 Foundiougne, \u00e0 Mbam et \u00e0 Sokone\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n

M. B\u00e2, par ailleurs maire de la commune de Fatick, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 en avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9chang\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9cemment\u00a0\u00bb avec le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Macky Sall La caravane de la CAN est pass\u00e9e par Foundiougne, Mbam, Djilor, Diagane Barka, Passy, Sokone, Toubacouta et Karang.<\/p>\n
