Ce scrutin va consacrer l\u2019\u00e9lection des 80 hauts conseillers sur les 150 membres que compte l\u2019institution.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019Observateur, le Ministre de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur, Antoine F\u00e9lix Diome, a inform\u00e9 que le Chef de l\u2019Etat va compl\u00e9ter la liste en d\u00e9signant 70 hauts conseillers parmi les membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, les organisations socio-professionnelles et diverses cat\u00e9gories de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le Haut Conseil des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales, dirig\u00e9 actuellement par Aminata Mbengue Ndiaye, participe au suivi de l\u2019\u00e9laboration et de la mise en \u0153uvre des politiques de d\u00e9veloppement et d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire.
