Mansour FAYE, le dauphin cach\u00e9, Aliou Sall, le facteur de Franck Timis, Timbo de Pikine ont perdu dans leurs localit\u00e9s. AK Sall, les Oryx, est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la trappe.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est un tournant historique, le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d\u2019administration de Petrosen, le math\u00e9maticien MT Niane a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 voter l\u2019opposition \u00e0 St-Louis. A mon avis, c\u2019est un signal fort pour dire que les ressources naturelles appartiennent au peuple.<\/p>\n

Durant la campagne \u00e9lectorale, les populations ont soulign\u00e9 le paradoxe de l\u2019exploitation de leurs ressources naturelles et de leur pauvret\u00e9. D\u00e9sormais, \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, les d\u00e9put\u00e9s de Yewwi Wallu pourront prendre en charge vigoureusement le dossier des ressources naturelles, le poisson, le zircon, le p\u00e9trole et le gaz pour commencer.<\/p>\n

Il y a donc une perspective ouverte pour la gouvernance d\u00e9mocratique des ressources naturelles apr\u00e8s la 313\u00e8me questekki. C\u2019est encourageant, pour le symbole que repr\u00e9sente le nombre 313.<\/p>\n
