Africa-Press – Senegal. <\/strong><\/span>Une vingtaine d\u2019organisations intervenant dans la foresterie \u00e0 Bounkiling, dans la r\u00e9gion de S\u00e9dhiou (Sud) ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9, jeudi, de se regrouper en F\u00e9d\u00e9ration afin de mieux d\u00e9fendre leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats, a constat\u00e9 l\u2019APS.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Cette F\u00e9d\u00e9ration prendra en charge les pr\u00e9occupations des professionnels de la foresterie dans l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9gions concern\u00e9es par ce programme\u2019\u2019, a expliqu\u00e9, Dr Djibril Moussa Lam, Coordonnateur de \u2018\u2019Ecolosio\u2019\u2019 Afrique de l\u2019ouest, ONG initiatrice de ce regroupement.<\/p>\n

Il intervenait au cours d\u2019un atelier de mise en place de la dite F\u00e9d\u00e9ration, pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Arouna Tour\u00e9, adjoint du pr\u00e9fet de Bounkiling.<\/p>\n

Lam a expliqu\u00e9 que la mise en place de cette f\u00e9d\u00e9ration \u00e9tait le fruit d\u2019une concertation entre acteurs de la foresterie et responsables du projet \u2018\u2019ecolosio\u2019\u2019 Afrique de l\u2019ouest. \u2019\u2019Elle regroupe une vingtaine d\u2019organisations foresti\u00e8res pour d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats mat\u00e9riels et moraux des professionnels du secteur\u2019\u2019, a-t-il fait valoir.<\/p>\n

Ce projet intervient dans six r\u00e9gions du sud-est et du centre (S\u00e9dhiou, Kolda, Ziguinchor, Tambacounda Kaffrine et K\u00e9dougou).<\/p>\n

Abdoulaye Diallo, fraichement \u00e9lu pr\u00e9sident de cette F\u00e9d\u00e9ration, s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 faire de la protection de l\u2019environnement son cheval de bataille pour redonner \u00e0 la for\u00eat son identit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
