Il dit : \u00ab\u00a0Sur ces 6000 milliards, il y a en gros 2000 milliards d’investissements utiles (exemple : l’assainissement de Dalifort), 2000 milliards d’investissements mal orient\u00e9s (exemple : Centre international de conf\u00e9rence Abdou Diouf \u00e0 Diamniadio) et 2000 milliards \u00e9vanouis dans la corruption et les flux financiers illicites.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n
