\u2018\u2019La chambre de commerce de Thie\u0300s est dans la le\u0301galite\u0301 et le droit\u2019\u2019, a dit Oumou Thiam Sangare\u0301, secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301rale de l\u2019institution consulaire, l\u2019ors d\u2019un point de presse conjoint, lundi, dans les locaux de ladite chambre.<\/p>\n

Des responsables de l\u2019institution consulaire, dont notamment le pre\u0301sident Modou Diop et le vice-pre\u0301sident Moustapha Diop ont profite\u0301 de cette rencontre avec la presse pour clarifier la position de la chambre de commerce de Thie\u0300s dans ce contentieux.<\/p>\n

Dans un communique\u0301, le bureau dirige\u0301 par Serigne Mboup a rejete\u0301 le \u2018\u2019projet d\u2019ordre du jour portant sur le renouvellement\u2019\u2019 de l\u2019exe\u0301cutif de l\u2019UNCCIAS. Le texte fait valoir la \u2018\u2019non-vacance d\u2019aucun poste du bureau\u2019\u2019 sortant.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Constatant la non-vacance d\u2019aucun poste du bureau et en se re\u0301fe\u0301rant aux articles 4 et 5 du de\u0301cret 2002.516 du 16 mai 2002 portant re\u0300gles d\u2019organisation et de fonctionnement de l\u2019Union nationale des chambres de commerce, d\u2019industrie et d\u2019agriculture du Se\u0301ne\u0301gal, nous rejetons le projet d\u2019ordre du jour portant renouvellement du bureau de I\u2019UNCCIAS\u2019\u2019, peut-on lire dans le me\u0302me document.<\/p>\n

Serigne Mboup et six autres membres du bureau, signataires du texte, disent \u2018\u2019exhorter la tutelle a\u0300 finaliser les textes devant re\u0301sulter de l\u2019application de la loi 2017-15 du 6 fe\u0301vrier 2017 portant cre\u0301ation de la Chambre nationale de commerce, d\u2019industrie et de services du Se\u0301ne\u0301gal (CCI-SN) et des chambres re\u0301gionales de commerce, d\u2019industrie et de services (CCIR)\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n
