It is the only region which did not yet have a regional structure\u201d, said Cherif Ndiaye at the end of the installation ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the region has the existing with clubs, passable grounds, trainers and an organization.<\/p>\n<p>He said that competitions were held in the region \u00ab\u00a0despite the absence of a league\u00a0\u00bb, adding that this installation will participate in the formalization of Handball in the region so that the league can take charge of the overall organization.<\/p>\n<p>According to Mr Ndiaye, the league will soon set up districts in all departments so that discipline is formalized\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dWe had planned for the region to send technicians to train the trainers, but the time was too tight to organize this training.
