Africa-Press – Senegal. <\/strong><\/span>Senegal’s beach soccer team on Wednesday recorded its second victory at the African Beach Games in Hammamet, Tunisia, beating Tanzania 7-1.<\/p>\n

Senegal, defending champion of the first edition of 2019 (Cape Verde), had largely won, 12-1, ahead of Kenya, on the first day.<\/p>\n

Only five teams now participate in the African Beach Games beach soccer tournament. These are Libya, Kenya, Morocco, Senegal and Tanzania.<\/p>\n

The Lions will play Thursday against Libya at 4:30 p.m. before facing Morocco on Friday at the same time.<\/p>\n

The African Beach Games beach soccer tournament will serve as preparation for the seven-time African champions for the discipline’s World Cup scheduled for December in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n

FIFA announced last Friday that it has decided to postpone until next February (15-25), the Beach Soccer World Cup, originally scheduled for November 16-26, 2023.<\/p>\n
