\u00ab\u00a0La fin du mandat de l\u2019Honorable D\u00e9put\u00e9 Moustapha Ciss\u00e9 L\u00d4, \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9sidence de l\u2019auguste Parlement de la CEDEAO, m’offre l’agr\u00e9able occasion de lui pr\u00e9senter, en ma qualit\u00e9 d\u2019ancien Pr\u00e9sident du Groupe BBY de la 12eme, mes tr\u00e8s vives et chaleureuses f\u00e9licitations pour l\u2019excellent travail accompli au nom de la R\u00e9publique du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale.<\/p>\n

Les succ\u00e8s de sa pr\u00e9sidence viennent une fois encore de confirmer le leadership du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et sa contribution \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration africaine.<\/p>\n
