Africa-Press – Senegal. <\/strong><\/span>The overwhelming majority of daily newspapers received by the Senegalese Press Agency on Saturday deal primarily with an aborted plan for a large-scale Molotov cocktail attack in Dakar and its suburbs.<\/p>\n

\u201cDakar is close to hell\u201d, headlines the Be\u0301s Bi le Jour newspaper about a planned attack with a Molotov cocktail. The newspaper which retraces the \u00ab\u00a0film of a spectacular attack\u00a0\u00bb, insists on a large-scale project meticulously by individuals armed with Molotov cocktails that the Urban Security thwarted.<\/p>\n

\u201cA group of people whose brains have been shut down. He targeted several districts of Dakar including the city center of the capital, Pikine, Yoff, Keur Mbaye Fall, Parcelles assainies, the VDN, the toll highway and other strategic places, \u201dreports the publication.<\/p>\n

\u00ab La police arre\u0302te une dizaine de personnes dans un projet d\u2019actes terroristes \u00bb, signale le journal Enque\u0302te. Traitant un communique\u0301 du Bureau des relations publiques de la Police, le journal fait e\u0301tat de l\u2019arrestation d\u2019un groupe de personnes qui allait \u00ab perpe\u0301trer des actes terroristes a\u0300 Dakar \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le journal du groupe A venir communication explique que les 11 personnes logeaient a\u0300 Sam Notaire dans la banlieue dakaroise. \u00ab Il leur est reproche\u0301 d\u2019avoir voulu poser des actes terroristes \u00bb, pre\u0301cise le journal.<\/p>\n

Le Soleil qui parle \u00ab d\u2019actes assimilables a\u0300 du terrorisme \u00bb, va plus loin en informant que les personnes interpele\u0301es sont passe\u0301s aux aveux en balanc\u0327ant deux maires.<\/p>\n

\u201cUrban security dismantled groups of more than twenty individuals who wetted two mayors of Dakar communes,\u201d writes Le Soleil.<\/p>\n

\u201cTwo weeks after the subversive intrigues which bloodied Dakar and Ziguinchor, the defense and security forces have not let go in their pursuit of individuals who have committed acts of terrorism (…) the leaders of this neutralized band, were in intelligence with politicians, \u201dreports the Sun.<\/p>\n

The newspaper l’Observateur, which judges that the confessions are \u00ab\u00a0terrifying\u00a0\u00bb, explains that those arrested were part of \u00ab\u00a0a dozen secret cells which foresee attacks in various points of Dakar (…) these leaders of secret cells were arrested and placed under arrest warrant with an arsenal of exhibits\u00a0\u00bb, informs the Observer.<\/p>\n

Two weeks ago, a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a minibus carrying passengers between Kounoune and Colobane, in the Dakar region. It left two dead and five injured.<\/p>\n
