Africa-Press – Senegal. <\/strong><\/span>Amadou Ba, current head of the Senegalese government, will lead Benno Bokk Yaakaar (BBY) to the presidential election of February 25, 2024, announced, Saturday, the President of the Republic, Macky Sall, leader of said coalition.<\/p>\n

Speaking during a meeting at the presidential palace, the outgoing head of state spoke of the reasons which led him to choose Amadou Ba, highlighting his \u201cprofessional skills\u201d, \u201chis diversified career\u201d, as well as as his ability to listen and his qualities as a \u00ab\u00a0gatherer\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

He therefore called on his collaborators, activists and supporters to support the chosen candidate, who will now carry his camp’s ambition to win the next presidential election.<\/p>\n
