Africa-Press<\/a> – Senegal<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration africaine de football (CAF) a annonc\u00e9, samedi \u00e0 Kigali (Rwanda), \u00e0 l\u2019issue de la r\u00e9union de son Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif, la mise en place d\u2019un programme de formation d\u2019un corps d\u2019\u00e9lite d\u2019arbitres.<\/p>\n

\u2019\u2019Le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif, le programme de formation d\u2019un corps d\u2019\u00e9lite d\u2019arbitres au sein de la CAF, r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un accord de collaboration sign\u00e9 avec la FIFA mais rest\u00e9 sans effet\u2019\u2019, indique le communiqu\u00e9 issu de la r\u00e9union du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif.<\/p>\n

\u2019\u2019Dot\u00e9 d\u2019un budget de pr\u00e8s d\u2019un million de dollars par an, ce programme vise \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner sous contrat des arbitres qui seront pay\u00e9s, suivis et form\u00e9s par des instructeurs techniques et physiques FIFA \/CAF\u2019\u2019, explique la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n

L\u2019arbitrage africain a \u00e9t\u00e9 pendant longtemps consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une faiblesse du football sur le continent avec des hommes en noir souvent accus\u00e9s de fausser le r\u00e9sultat des rencontres.<\/p>\n
