Africa-Press – Seychelles. The Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) wishes to inform the public that it is experiencing certain technical issues in timely update of customer accounts in respect of bills issued during the period October 15-21, 2022.

Customers can still make payments at our customer centres, at Seypost and in the Banks against the bills delivered to them on site by our meter readers. The PUC online portal system will only provide payment facilities for customer accounts that have been updated.

During this period, the cashiers and customer service officers will not be able to provide customers with a copy of their October bill for payment references.

PUC reassures its customers that their accounts have not been impacted in any way.

PUC is actively working with its overseas technical support to resolve this issue by early next week and will follow up with further updates.

PUC sincerely extends its apologies to all affected customers.
