• With the approaching festive season, the public is urged to remain vigilant and continue taking personal responsibility to prevent infection.
• It is no longer mandatory to wear a facemask. However, wearing a face mask properly where you are unable to consistently social distance with others, helps prevent transmission of respiratory infections, especially in enclosed spaces.
• Avoid mingling with others if you have any respiratory symptoms.
• Anyone who tests positive for Covid-19 must stay in isolation for at least 7 days.
• Sanitise or wash your hands frequently, especially after touching potentially contaminated surfaces
