“When a child comes into the world, this birth is a moment of joy for his family. This new birth is a symbol of hope not only for the family but for the whole country.
“Childhood is a very important phase in life, filled with wonder, curiosity and unlimited imagination. So, adults, take responsibility for guiding children and create this space to cultivate a relationship based on unconditional love, sincerity, respect and good supervision. This will allow our children to explore, play, learn and grow according to the speed of their own development.
“As the Ministry of Education, we recognize the important role we have in shaping and influencing our children’s future. So, it is essential that we adopt an inclusive education system, which supports and meets the needs and interests of our children. In this way, we are encouraging our children’s learning and ability to demonstrate deep reflection.
“For this special day, I am taking this opportunity to implore all parents, people who care for children, all educators and relevant agencies to contribute collectively to protect the interests of our children, and not use their position to abuse and destroy their innocence.
“Children, there is a time for everything. This is the time to focus on your studies and prepare for your career. Don’t let any lobstak destroy your happiness.
“I hope that they grow up in a safe and complete atmosphere, and I hope that everyone helps to make school enjoyable.
