A photography exhibition – “Seychelles Wetlands, Beyond Our Lenses” organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Climate Change and Environment, in partnership with the Seychelles Institute of Art & Design and the Alliance Française des Seychelles was recently opened at the Alliance Française des Seychelles.

Catherine Bonnelame, director at the Ministry of Agriculture, Climate Change and the Environment spoke about the importance of water which is the source of life and why it is important to preserve water in all its magnitudes. “The ministry with this year’s theme “Beat plastic pollution” encourages us to find several solutions to protect our environment as a whole. The ministry is ready to partner with people and organizations that care about the environment. Your work allows us to appreciate the beauty of our environment and encourages us to preserve it. »

Ludovique Nourice is one of the SIAD students whose works were exhibited. “It was a bit difficult to take his photos, because we want to show the details of the environment. We had to do a lot of research before getting into photography. »

It is following these discoveries that we are present here with an exhibition! »
