‘Sous vide’ cooking is a method that involves vacuum-sealing food cooked for an extended period at a precise and consistent low temperature and blast-chilled in very short time.

This cooking and chilling method helps retain the food and natural flavours, nutrients and improve the textures and tastes.

There is no application of any preservative because the process helps to prevent the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms.

Skychef sous vide products, provides food solutions to all our customers, namely the general public for home use, schools, small to large companies or institutions for their staff canteen or as inputs in their respective food production line.
