Africa-Press – Seychelles. The President of the Republic, Wavel Ramkalawan, has announced the reappointment of the Commissioner of the Anti-Corruption Commission of Seychelles (ACCS), May de Silva, for a second five-year period commencing on March 16, 2022.
This is in accordance with Sections 6 (1) and 6 (3) of the Anti-Corruption (Amendment) Act 2021 and after having received the recommendations of the Constitutional Appointments Authority (CAA).
Ms de Silva’s terms and conditions of service shall be as prescribed by the Regulations under Section 19 (2) of the Anti-Corruption Act 2016.
