The Ba\u0301b was the symbolic gate; it was His mission to herald the coming of this promised Manifestation of God whom we know to be Baha\u0301\u02bcu&#8217;lla\u0301h. In the Baha\u0301\u02bci\u0301 calendar, the Birth of the Ba\u0301b and the Birth of Baha\u0301\u02bcu&#8217;lla\u0301h are celebrated one after the other in one festival referred to as the \u2018Twin Holy Days\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Mirza Husayn-Ali, who is known to the world by His title, Baha\u0301\u02bcu&#8217;lla\u0301h, was born in Tehran, Iran on November 12, 1817. Baha\u0301\u02bcu&#8217;lla\u0301h means \u201cGlory of God\u201d in Arabic and He is the Prophet-Founder of the Baha\u0301\u02bci\u0301 Faith.<\/p>\n<p>The anniversary of the day He was born is celebrated alongside the birth of the forerunner of His Revelation, the Ba\u0301b.
