It was chaired by the Clerk of the Parliament of Botswana with the Clerk of the Parliament of Zambia as vice-chair.<\/p>\n<p>This forum gathers all Clerks and Secretary Generals of member Parliaments of the SADC region to advise the executive committee on matters submitted to it by the secretariat.<\/p>\n<p>The members also share experiences on parliamentary processes for the benefit of SADC parliaments and exchange best practices.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the two-day session, the Clerk of the Parliament of the Democratic Republic of Congo was elected as the new chair and the Clerk of the Parliament of Tanzania as vice-chair for the next two years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/seychelles\">Seychelles<\/a> Follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Seychelles.
