Africa-Press – Seychelles. <\/strong><\/span>Tata Raphael Stadium<\/b><\/p>\n

With a capacity of 60,000 people, the mythical Tata Raphae\u0308l stadium located in the municipality of Kalamu has gone down in history for having hosted several historical events in the country since its inauguration.<\/p>\n

As far as sports activities are concerned, the site will host judo competitions, table tennis, freestyle wrestling and football (group stage matches).<\/p>\n

The Martyrs Stadium<\/p>\n

The Martyrs of Pentecost Stadium (formerly known as the Kamanyola Stadium) is a national sports stadium located in the commune of Kinshasa. It is nicknamed by the Kinshasa people “Nzungu”, “the big pot” in French, because of its shape and its large capacity of more than 80,000 seats.<\/p>\n

The Martyrs stadium will host the final and semi-finals of football, athletics and disabled sports, basketball as well as the opening and closing ceremonies of the 9th Games of La Francophonie.<\/p>\n

The University of Kinshasa<\/p>\n

Commonly called UNIKIN, it is a French-speaking institution of higher education founded in 1954, it was originally called Lovanium University. The UNIKIN campus is located in the commune of Lemba, which itself is in the district of Mont-Amba.<\/p>\n

UNIKIN welcomes more than 30,000 students. It will be transformed into the Village des Jeux de la Francophonie to welcome the participants.<\/p>\n

Limete Interchange<\/p>\n

The Limete Echangeur tower, located in Kinshasa, in the municipality of Limete, is designed in reinforced concrete and measures 210 meters in height and includes 5 floors and 4 elevators.<\/p>\n

The site will house hip-hop competitions, ball juggling and giant puppet shows. It is also on this space that the Partners’ Village will be installed.<\/p>\n

The People’s Palace<\/p>\n

The auditorium and those of the congress have been chosen to host the creative dance and song contest.<\/p>\n

The Academy of Fine Arts<\/p>\n

The contest of painting, sculpture and photography.<\/p>\n

The Wallonia-Brussels Center<\/p>\n

Literature (new), tales and storytellers.<\/p>\n

French Institute (Halle de la Gombe)<\/p>\n

Digital creation contest.<\/p>\n

National Museum<\/p>\n

Visual art competition including photography, sculpture and painting.<\/p>\n

The Municipal Lands of Barumbu and Matete<\/p>\n

For group stage matches and football training.<\/p>\n
