The two parties penned the contract on Tuesday August 8, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Acting Mayor of Victoria Lydia Charlie, principal secretary for Youth and Sports Ralph Jean-Louis, representatives of the Seychelles Boxing Federation management and Russian embassy in Seychelles and the National Sports Council (NSC) attended the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The project was implemented within the framework of the twin-city agreement between Rostov-on-Don (Russia) and Victoria (Seychelles) signed in December 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Russian coach Kozlov has already started training the Seychelles national boxing team for the Indian Ocean Islands Games to take place in Madagascar from August 25 to September 3, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For More News And Analysis About <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/seychelles\">Seychelles<\/a> Follow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Seychelles.
