Africa-Press – Seychelles. <\/strong><\/span>With the aim of bolstering a new partnership, the International Food Solutions on Wednesday afternoon donated milk and dairy products to the Ministry of Health, showing their support to the ministry and the patients of the Seychelles Hospital.<\/b><\/p>\n

The brief ceremony was held at the Red Roof building.<\/p>\n

General Manager of International Food Solutions (IFS), Manoj Parayirikkal said the idea of providing Pascual milk to hospital patients came about because the company believes the action holds significant value.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirstly we recognise the importance of fostering trust within the medical community. We firmly believe that by providing a small yet meaningful offering of high-quality Pascual milk we can strengthen the bond between caregivers and patients,\u201d said Mr Parayirikkal.<\/p>\n

He also mentioned that beyond corporate interests this initiative represents IFS\u2019 genuine commitment to social responsibility.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe also firmly believe in giving back to the community that supports us and through this gesture, we aspire to contribute to the overall health and wellness of society,\u201d stated the general manager of IFS. Mr Parayirikkal said the Pascual milk they have chosen for donation has been meticulously sourced to ensure it meets the highest quality standards \u2013 the decision aligns with the company\u2019s dedication in providing the best to those who need it most.<\/p>\n

Chief executive of the Health Care Agency, Dr Danny Louange, who received the donation on behalf of the health ministry, explained that the ministry was gently approached by IFS which was seeking to find out how it could help the ministry, and they saw the need for dairy products.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith the diets we emphasise on at the hospital, the donation will help supplement the care we give to our patients,\u201d said Dr Louange. He also mentioned that, once they have completed their inventory of how much they need, the ministry and IFS will be moving towards the next phase of the collaboration whereby they will be procuring yogurts and other dairy products.<\/p>\n
