Africa-Press – Seychelles. <\/strong><\/span>Preserving the paradise of the Seychelles for generations to come, but also to support the tourism-dependent economy that seeks an uncontaminated environment and wonderful beaches here is a fundamental objective that the Seychelles islands have been pursuing for some time with the Seychelles sustainable tourism label (Sstl ) project ) which has now been revamped under the name and branding of Sustainable Seychelles .<\/p>\n

Within the plan, a new campaign was launched by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism Sylvestre Radegonde which is based on some fundamental principles to be pursued for the care and defense of the environment: awareness, awareness, education and continuous monitoring. The campaign is conveyed through a video created by the Island Tourism marketing office with a strong visual impact to convey to those who see it the beauty and fragility of the ecosystem of the islands to be preserved.<\/p>\n

Already in 2012 , the Department of Tourism had started collaborations with some accommodation facilities involved in the theme of environmental protection, the Constance Ephelia Resort, the Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort, the Hanneman Holiday Residence and the Kempinski Seychelles Resort, which continue in their constant commitment to sustainability and for this reason they were awarded the new Sustainable Seychelles certificates .
