Africa-Press – Seychelles. <\/strong><\/span>International School Seychelles (ISS) is excited to announce a significant step in its ongoing rebranding journey \u2013 the introduction of a new uniform for its students from Reception 1 to Year 11.<\/p>\n

The decision to update the uniform is part of a broader initiative to revitalise the school’s identity and create a cohesive look for the student body.<\/p>\n

After extensive research into design, color, and material, the school has carefully selected a high-performance polyester fabric for the new uniform tops. This fabric is commonly used for a range of applications due to its distinctive properties, making it an ideal choice for ISS.<\/p>\n

Key features of the new uniform material:<\/p>\n

ISS takes pride in this thoughtful selection, ensuring that the new uniform not only aligns with the school’s visual identity but also offers practical benefits for students in the Seychelles climate.<\/p>\n

The school\u2019s principal, Elodie Vallantine, said: \u201cAs we embrace a new school uniform, let us remember that it is not merely a change in attire, but a symbol of unity, pride, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Together, our uniform becomes the canvas upon which we paint the shared values and aspirations that define our educational community.\u201d<\/p>\n

As part of the rebranding initiative, the school is celebrating its 55th anniversary this year. Throughout the year, ISS plans to organise various activities and events to commemorate this significant milestone, fostering a sense of community and pride among students, staff, parents and alumni.<\/p>\n
