Africa-Press – Seychelles. <\/strong><\/span>It was just a minor change at the top of the Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation\u2019s Paradise FM charts last week, with two songs by reggae artist Ambitious switching places. \u2018Kontan ou parey\u2019 featuring Farhine, which had been in second position, climbed to the number one spot, pushing \u2018Nouvo ladres\u2019 to number two.<\/p>\n

Both songs released on Ambitious\u2019 latest album in December \u2013 \u2018Lazistis Jah\u2019 \u2013 have been performing well after only few weeks on the chart \u2013 three weeks for \u2018Kontan ou Parey\u2019 and four weeks for \u2018Nouvo ladres\u2019.<\/p>\n

Ambitious\u2019 dominance remains with three other songs on the chart, namely \u2018Kontan dan bet\u2019 featuring Keartsea at number four after only two weeks on the chart. It made a huge leap from ninth spot.<\/p>\n

\u2018Mon leker\u2019 climbed from seventh to sixth, whilst \u2018Mazin ou\u2019 lost some ground after spending 15 weeks on the chart, dropping from number five to eight.<\/p>\n

Isis and Isham are also progressing well with their \u20187 Desanm\u2019 song which pays tribute to the December 7 disasters, as it climbed one spot from fourth to third place last week after having spent only three weeks on the chart. It is a steady climb from fifth place when it entered the chart.<\/p>\n

Cusman\u2019s \u2018Soulmate\u2019 also made a slight progress from number six to number five. Interestingly, Jones Camille, who had been dominating the chart late last year with \u2018Bondye Mizerikord\u2019 comes in with a new entry titled \u2018Ekout mon Lapriyer\u2019 at number seven.<\/p>\n

The artist\u2019s \u2018Bondye Mizerikord\u2019 song, which has spent 16 weeks on the chart, including five at number one, has now dropped to the ninth spot. It is a big drop from the previous third place slot.<\/p>\n

Paradise FM chart also welcomed a new entry last week from Gino titled \u2018Desten\u2019 at number 10.<\/p>\n

Fans are invited to vote for their best songs on Paradise FM\u2019s shows, namely Tripotaz from 10am to 11am, The Cruize from 2pm to 3pm and between 4:45pm and 6pm.<\/p>\n
