Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. Ministry of Health and Sanitation (MoHS) Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Mustapha S. Kabba, played a crucial role in the recently concluded Pan-African Surgical Healthcare Forum held in Rwanda.

The event brought together representatives from 42 African countries to discuss and formulate a comprehensive National Surgical Obstetric and Anaesthesia Plan.

The aim of the plan is to enhance access to timely, safe, and affordable surgical care across the continent.
