Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. The University of Sierra Leone has announced the appointment of Professor Lawrence Kamara as the Acting Vice-Chancellor and Principal. This decision, conveyed through an official letter from the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education dated 11th December 2023, marks a significant change in leadership at the institution.
Professor Lawrence Kamara steps into this role following the tenure of Professor Foday Sahr, who has been appointed as the Executive Director of the newly established National Public Health Agency.
