Kallon Football Club who departed to Benin in their CAF Champions League season are set to lock horns with Lea Buffles du Borgou of Benin in the newly renovated Samuel Kanyon Doe sports complex in Monrovia, Liberia after their away match that ended 1:0 in favour of them.
FC Kallon departed the shores of Sierra Leone to Liberia on Tuesday 6th September, 2022 on transit to Benin on Wednesday 7th September 2022 to honor their away match with the Les Buffles du Borgou ahead the 2022/2023 CAF Champions League. The match came out to be a success for them as the Buffles du Borgou suffered a 1:0 defeat to FC Kallon.The draw for the 2022-2023 TotalEnergies CAF Interclub competitions Preliminary Rounds was conducted on Tuesday, 09 August 2022 in Cairo, Egypt at 16h00 local time.
FC Kallon among other newly licensed Africa teams, is their first encounter in the CAF Championship.
FC Kallon will be locking horns with the Buffalos of Benin on their away match in newly renovated Samuel Kanyon Doe sports complex in Monrovia, Liberia today 17th September, 2022.
