Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. Cricket Sierra Leone (CSL) has announced that a player from the National Senior Men’s Team, the Patriots of Sierra Leone, has secured a prestigious placement with the Sharjah Warriorz in Dubai.
The player will compete in the ILT20 Men’s Franchise League, scheduled to run from 2nd December to 24th December 2025.
CSL will officially unveil the selected player at a news conference on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, at the CSL conference hall. He is expected to leave Sierra Leone in the early hours of Wednesday, 26th November, and arrive in Dubai the following day.
According to CSL, more information about this milestone opportunity will be disclosed during the announcement. Several groups and personalities have been invited to attend the press conference, including members of the Senior National Women’s Team, Senior National Men’s Team, Under-19 players, coaches, and club owners.
During the event, the player will also receive his ticket, visa, and other essentials for the historic journey.
