Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. <\/strong><\/span>The All People\u2019s Congress Interim Transitional Governance Committee(ITGC) has informed the membership of the All People Congress(APC) party in a public notice that all ward Election schedule for Tuesday, the 27th of December 2022 will take place across the country from 10:30 Am to 4:00 Pm in the respective locations.<\/p>\n

In the said public notice which was dated 25th December 2022 states \u201cIn exercise of the powers vested on it by Article 1 (2) of the All Peoples Congress 2022 Transitional Elections Rules and Regulations. The ITGC wishes to inform the membership of the All Peoples Congress (APC) Party that all Ward Elections scheduled for Tuesday, the 27th of December 2022 will take place across the country from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM in the respective locations listed below and only registered members of the Party in the respective wards are allowed to participate in the elections.\u201d<\/p>\n

Therefore, all registered members of the Party in the various wards are encouraged to fully cooperate with the process.<\/p>\n

The ITGC further calls on all Party members to maintain peace and ensure a smooth and transparent democratic process.<\/p>\n

The public notice further confirms that by a copy of this notice, the Chairman of the Political Parties Registration Commission, PPRC and the Inspector-General of Sierra Leone is duly informed.<\/p>\n
