Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. <\/strong><\/span>The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has supported Regional Football Associations with 10,000 United States Dollars.<\/p>\n

<\/a>The money, which is equivalent to 185,000 New Leones will be used by regional football bodies across the country to develop the game.\u201cThe said monies are a yearly token of support from SLFA to boost the functions and operations of the regional associations with specific reference to competitions organised within their respective localities,\u201d the SLFA said in a press release on Saturday afternoon.<\/p>\n

The National Football body admonished the regional bodies to use the fund for the said purpose.<\/p>\n

Regional bodies are responsible for organising tier II and III football competitions across the country with support from the SLFA.<\/p>\n
