Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. <\/strong><\/span>The High Court of Siera Leone has lifted the injunction placed on the opposition All People\u2019s Congress (APC) Party and the Transitional Interim Independent Elections Management Committee (TIIMEC) from holding its National Delegates Conference.<\/p>\n

<\/a>The convention will now go ahead on February 18th, 19th and 20th.<\/p>\n

Recall that the High court Judge of Sierra Leone, Justice H. Bonnie on Wednesday placed an interim Injunction restraining the party from holding the convention pending the hearing and determination of an application filed by a party member.However, the Judge has now withdrawn her order on the grounds that the earlier injunction did not affect the party.<\/p>\n
