Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. <\/strong><\/span>The Minister of Information and Civic Education, Chernor Bah and Deputy Yusuf Keketoma Sandi has engaged senior members of one of Sierra Leone\u2019s mobile companies, Africell.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Ministers engaged them on the need to effectively work in collaboration to achieve a common goal of assisting the people of the country and start getting the best of the companies as usual.<\/p>\n

The team from Africell comprise of the Chief Admin\/HR officer Andrew Fatoma, legal and compliance Manager, Sudee Laura Turay, Admin Manager Bailor Jalloh, and MarComs Manager John Konteh.According to them, they had a productive discussion on exploring areas of partnership between the ministry and the company.<\/p>\n

The Minister expressed appreciation for the friendship and consistent support the company has been rendering to the country, adding that, they look forward to have a very proactive partnership as they implement the bold vision of President Bio in the information and civic education space.<\/p>\n

The visit also facilitated exchange of ideas surrounding the commendable work spearheaded by the ministry, the imperative need to augment civic education participation, and the application of existing communication platforms to engage with the public at large.<\/p>\n

The company expressed strong commitment to the partnership and in offering continual support for initiatives that may promote the capabilities of both and in turn help the people of Sierra Leone.<\/p>\n
