Hon Mr.Attorney General and Minister of Justice, I am Kutubu Koroma a resident of the United States of America that has decided to heed the clarion call by the late president John Fitzgerald Kennedy who on January 20,1961, shortly after sworn in as the 35th president of this great Jeffersonian constitutional republic, entreated fellow citizens to be part of the collective efforts by moving this country from the boulevard of progress to the avenue of success gratis.That called has resonated with mankind globally.In my little way,I have decided to be of value to fellow Sierra Leoneans both from within and without which accounts for why I have embarked on issues affecting my fellow compatriots where they have become victims of miscarriage of Justice.MOHAMED KUTUBU KOROMA
\nThe case of Ms.Esther Kamara versus the Honorable Mr.Dixon Rogers representing a constituency in the Pujehun community is what I have decided to raise with your august office for thorough and impartial investigations with the hope where she is able to establish prima facie case against the Honorable member of parliament,appropriate legal actions will be taken to underscore the fact we are a nation that stands on the moral foundation of equal law,and equal Justice.
\nMr.Attorney General you may be wondering why is it that an allegation from Sierra Leone should be reported to the authorities from the USA which is quite ironic.It shows how much the citizens have lost complete confidence in the police service in general,and the entire judicial system.
\nTHE PARTICULARS OF THE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST THE HONORABLE MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT MR.DIXON ROGERS.

Few days ago,I received a call from Freetown from a lady intimating me with complaints of physical violence and verbal abuse on the part of the defendant directed against the complainant.I suggested she should call me direct so I can get the accounts from her.
\nThe complainant shortly thereafter, called and gave me catalog of what the complainant has done to her.<\/p>\n

To say I was petrified by such allegations is simply an understatement of fact because assuming the allegations against the Honorable member occurred here in the United States of America and reported to the police,he will have been arrested on the spot and criminally charged to the effect.
\nI will not go into the details of what she reported the MP did to her in the presence of witnesses and will prefer she appears for deposition before the appropriate officials.<\/p>\n

However, according to the complainant the cult of personality on the part of the MP that has transmogrified him into a demigod status puts him above accountability no matter the degree of egregiousness in terms of conducts he might be engaged in.<\/p>\n

The complainant told me citizens are so beholden to him in Pujehun that even the police could not listen to her initially and had to go to Kenema where the Mayor Mr.Thomas Mbayo advised her to go to Freetown and lodge the complainants..<\/p>\n

In Freetown,the MP representing Kenema established contacts that made it possible for her to see the Deputy Inspector General of Police Betty Turay who in turn suggested she should return to Pujehun and file the complaints.
\nFor the purposes of brevity and clarity of precision,I thought the complainant\u2019s contact number will be of considerable help to widen the fabric of communications between her and those who will be handling the issues. Her telephone number is:23279375635.
\nThe handling of these complaints and results will either vindicate law enforcement officials,or cement the pervasive feelings Sierra Leone is a society where certain class of people are way above the reaches of the law and no matter what they do,such people remain untouchable,while the vast concourse of the citizenry are too lowly placed in society to be protected by the supreme law.
\nMr.Attorney General,I hope this matter will receive your serious attention and necessary action to the satisfaction of all and sundry.<\/p>\n
