<\/a>Operating from the Freetown International Airport (FNA), the Consumer Protection Unit is strategically positioned to promptly respond to passenger grievances. Among the key concerns the unit will handle are: missing baggage, delayed baggage, denied boarding, and general consumer issues. The presence of personnel at FNA ensures swift assistance and resolution to ensure a seamless and positive travel experience for passengers.<\/p>\n

To facilitate easy communication and access to the Consumer Protection Unit, a hotline with the toll-free number 8122 has been activated. This hotline is accessible on all networks across the country, providing passengers with a direct and cost-free means of reporting issues or seeking assistance.
