Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. <\/strong><\/span>During the Ministry of Information and Civic Education press conference on January 16th, 2024, significant revelations were made by Andrew Lavali, the Executive Director of the Institute of Governance Reform (IGR).<\/p>\n

Lavali disclosed that the IGR\u2019s Biometer analysis of President Bio\u2019s promises from the previous year indicated a noteworthy achievement rate. According to their findings, 79% of the promises made by President Bio were either partially achieved or fully realized.<\/p>\n

In light of this assessment, Lavali took the opportunity to encourage citizens to actively embrace the National Development Plan.
