\n<\/a>Henley and Partners, a firm focused on residence and citizenship by investment, recently released its Openness Index for 2024. The ranking highlighted Africa\u2019s remarkable flair for hospitality.<\/p>\n

<\/a>At the forefront of this extraordinary ranking are Burundi, Cape Verde Islands, Comoro Islands, Djibouti, Kenya, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, and Rwanda. These 8 countries rank amongst the top 10 most friendly countries in the world.<\/p>\n

<\/a>All 8 countries rank first on the Henley and Partners index, as they all allow citizens from an impressive 198 countries to enter their borders without imposing stringent visa restrictions.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Burundi, Cape Verde Islands, Comoro Islands, Djibouti, Kenya, and Guinea-Bissau, are the 6 most open countries in the world. Right after these six are Micronesia and Maldives, before Mozambique and Rwanda.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Speaking on the results presented in the Henley Global Mobility Report 2024 Q1, award-winning author and journalist, Justice Malala noted that given Kenya and Rwanda’s bold decision last year to allow visa-free travel for all African countries, African mobility is set to face a crossroads in 2024.<\/p>\n

<\/a>She stated, \u201cKenya and Rwanda are the first major political and economic powers to offer completely visa-free access to international and continental visitors. Their no-visa policies breathe new life into the AU\u2019s attempts to bring about free movement of goods, services, capital, and the continent\u2019s 1.4 billion people.\u201d<\/p>\n
