Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. <\/strong><\/span>Sierra Leone\u2019s Minister of Communication, Technology, and Innovation, Salima Monorma Bah, has been recognized by the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) as part of their Class of 2024 Global Top 100 Lists.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Communication, Technology, and Innovation announced the news on their social media platforms, congratulating Minister Bah on this significant achievement. The Ministry highlighted this recognition as a testament to President Bio\u2019s focus on appointing young talent, particularly women, to key leadership positions.<\/p>\n

Minister Bah is known for being one of the youngest members of President Bio\u2019s second-term cabinet, as well as the first woman to lead the newly formed Ministry of Communication Technology and Innovation.<\/p>\n

The Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) is a global civil society initiative established to support the United Nations General Assembly\u2019s proclaimed International Decade for People of African Descent (2015-2024).<\/p>\n
