A diverse group of attendees, including councilors, chiefdom functionaries, religious leaders, and members of the press, gathered for the session.<\/p>\n

In his opening statements, Chairman Foday Kandeh Rogers extended his appreciation to all present, highlighting the council\u2019s pivotal role in driving development within the district. He urged the residents of Sakrim to actively contribute to development efforts by fulfilling their tax obligations, crucial for sustaining progress.<\/p>\n

Chairman Rogers outlined his ambitious vision to propel substantial development within the chiefdom during his tenure. Notably, he emphasized plans to enhance infrastructure and community welfare in areas such as Sakrim, Yaa Kemoh Kpukumun Krim, parts of Kpaka, and Kpanga Krim, assuring tangible advancements in these regions.<\/p>\n

Moreover, Chairman Rogers announced the completion of an ultra-modern secondary school building by the government, a milestone achievement unparalleled in the country. Councilor Marian Momoh Sao of Sowa Chiefdom voiced confidence in Chairman Rogers\u2019 leadership, assuring the audience of prompt action on their concerns. She highlighted the recent success of a refresher training session by the National Democratic Institute, aimed at bolstering councilors\u2019 effectiveness in community service.<\/p>\n

Regent Chief Thomas Mustapha of Sakrim Chiefdom expressed gratitude for the council\u2019s efforts in advancing development within his jurisdiction, underscoring the challenges posed by its remote location.
