Its significance was subsequently highlighted days later at the 3rd Pan African Surgical Healthcare Forum (PASHeF) in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa.<\/p>\n<p>Representing the Minister of Health at the forum was Dr. Mustapha Kabba, the Deputy Chief Medical Officer in charge of clinical services.
